Through the Anubhuti fellowship, KSICT has long believed that financial hardship should never decide whether a child stays in school. When classrooms shut during the COVID-19 pandemic, that belief faced a new test: how would students from economically weaker families attend lessons that had suddenly moved online?

The Trust responded by providing 21 laptops to students of Classes XI and XII, ensuring they could continue learning without interruption. These devices did not disappear after the pandemic — they are maintained and circulated among students each year, and were later joined by 10 desktop computers installed through a corporate partnership.

Today, digital access is a quiet but powerful part of the Anubhuti programme. Students who might never have owned a computer are building the confidence and skills to learn, research, and prepare for a future that increasingly runs on technology.
