An English learning session at Government Higher Secondary School, Radhanarasimmapuram

Learning that Travels: Urjaa in Radhanarasimmapuram

Radhanarasimmapuram is the ancestral home of the Trust’s founders, and the Urjaa programme is our way of giving back to the community that shaped its roots. Each year it supports around 30 children at the Government Higher Secondary School with the everyday essentials that keep them learning.

A nutritious breakfast means hunger is never a barrier to concentration, and safe transport means children from neighbouring villages can attend without dropping out. Three qualified women from the local community have been trained and employed to teach Mathematics, English, and Science through hands-on, application-based learning.

The result is an ecosystem where children, families, and educators grow together — and where strong foundations are quietly turning into rising scores and renewed aspiration.
